The following steps are required in order to register for on-site or online course(s).

1> Fill out the enrollment form and register by mail, fax or phone as described at the below.

2> If you want to receive credit, you must complete the application process to receive credit. If you decide not to receive credit for a course, you must fill out the Non-Credit Admission Form.

3> Contact us if you have further questions or require further assistance or guidance regarding your course of study. Our advisors are always willing to help.

	To enroll by mail simply fill out the enrollment form, enclose a check for the appropriate amount payable to Knowledge Systems Institute and send it to: Knowledge Systems Institute Distance Learning Registration 3420 Main Street Skokie, IL 60076
	To enroll by fax simply fill out the enrollment form, check Visa or Mastercard and fax the form to: Knowledge Systems Institute Distance Learning Registration (847) 679-3166
	To enroll by phone simply have all information on the enrollment form ready, including your credit card information and call the administration office during the hours of 10:00AM to 6:00PM Monday-Friday: Knowledge Systems Institute Distance Learning Registration (847) 679-3135
